** Senior HR Business Partner (Change/TUPE/M&A) - The City, London/Hybrid (2 to 3 Days Office)

Our Client & the Role:

I am delighted to be partnering with a very prestigious business who are looking to recruit a passionate Senior HR Business Partner to join their team! The ideal candidate will have experience with change management, TUPE and M&A work as there are several acquisitions coming up which you will take the lead on.

You will be working in conjunction with a well-respected Senior HR Director and be a true business partner to the business. You will guide and lead in the absence of the Senior HRD and work closely with the legal team. You will lead strongly on integration of people, terms and conditions and link in with payroll. The ideal candidate will also deal with OD, change, redundancies (on occasion), be a good listener, come up with solutions and make head count savings. You will have energy, be confident and decisive in decision making and happy to work at pace.

What You Will Need to be Successful:

The ideal candidate will be self-sufficient, confident, have gravitas and a 'get the job done' attitude. Key features include: -

  • TUPE/M&A and Change Management experience - To support the effective implementation of large/complex change management initiatives, including acquisitions and business transformation projects. Working in partnership with the HR Change team to deliver projects minimising ER impacts and mitigating HR risk.
  • To work collaboratively and commercially as an integral part of business area management teams, influencing the development and delivery of the people strategy in support of the achievement of the overall business objectives.
  • Manage relationships and expectations to provide proactive, commercially sound insights and flexible solutions to address HR challenges across the organisation.
  • Advise and coach managers through a range of employee relations issues including disciplinary, grievance, and capability matters.
  • Create and contribute to Policy and Process development to ensure HR processes and practices are fully compliant with legal and regulatory frameworks
  • Design and deliver Management Information (MI), interpret results to identify trends which translate to HR initiatives, present and interpret data to senior management.
  • Advise and oversee recruitment within the business area
