Recruitment Officer, Langley, 5 days per week on site
An introduction to the company and role:
A brilliant environment, working with a really down to earth organisation, where the manager is a great individual who is engaging and genuinely nice in person.
This is an opportunity for someone with some HR experience in recruitment or perhaps someone wanting to transition from agency-based recruitment into their first in-house role.
This is being offered on a temporary basis initially but could be a great permanent role for someone as well.
What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Working with the recruitment team you will:
- Coordinate the recruitment process.
- Coordinate the on-boarding process.
- Post job advertisements.
- Working with managers to come up with a short list of applicants.
- Arrange interviews.
- Deali with pre-employment checks.
The successful candidate will need to have previous experience in an administrative or similar role. You will also have the desire and ability to build effective relationships with a wide range of people and have excellent time management and organisational skills.
Working both independently and as part of a team you will be confident in being able to manage multiple tasks and a diverse workload. The successful candidate will need to hold 5 GCSE’s (A-C/4-9) including English and Maths or equivalent and be proficient in the use of IT packages.
What experience do you need?
Ideally some experience in HR and / or recruitment would be great. As mentioned, this could be from working in a similar role internally for a company or as a recruitment co-ordinator, recruitment resourcer within an agency. You do need to have:
Good admin skills.
Good GCSE’s as a minimum qualification levels.
Work on lots of different thing and enjoy variety.
Be systems savvy.
What kind of person does this role need?
Good communication skills, down to earth person with a good sense or humour, able to evidence experience to do the role.
