I am partnered up with a top-ranking financial service company and they are currently looking for a strong HR administrator to join their very large HR team! You will get the opportunity to develop your HR knowledge and learn from experienced HR professionals. This is a very busy department, so if you are highly organised and want to get stuck in, this could be the role for you!

What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Supporting the onboarding process
- Managing the onboarding inbox
- First point of contact for the firm
- Compliance checks
- Drafting contracts
- Requesting & providing references
- Ensuring employee files are up to date
- Updating HR database
- Ad hoc duties as required
What experience do you need?
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience from a financial service background (advantage)
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Word
- Previous HR experience
- Strong administration skills
- Used to working in a busy environment
