Payroll Specialist – Hybrid – South Oxfordshire - £26,000 to £30,000
 
Looking for a challenging and rewarding role in payroll? Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Payroll Administrator to join their Payroll Services team.
 
They are looking for someone who is seeking a varied role, is keen to learn, and has a positive, can-do attitude. This role comes with some good benefits, as well, such as;
  • 25 days holiday increasing every 2 years of full service up to a maximum of 5 additional days

Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will manage a portfolio of monthly payroll clients and be responsible for a wide range of payroll duties, including;
  • Processing a portfolio of approximately 30 monthly payroll clients
  • Working with allocated clients to ensure monthly payroll deadlines are met
  • Processing payroll changes
  • Performing pension auto-enrolment duties
  • Preparing & Delivering Payroll Reports to Clients
  • Submitting monthly RTI filings to HMRC
  • Issuing payslips/P45’s/P60’s to employees
  • Performing tax year-end routines
You will ideally thrive off a fast-paced environment in this exciting & varied role. We would also be looking for someone with:
  • A minimum of 2 years payroll experience
  • Ideally had experience in an outsourced/bureau background
  • Great technical payroll knowledge
  • The ability to multi-task, is highly organised and deadline driven
  • A focus on delivering a high-quality service
