The Role
Working for a world-famous brand, I am super excited to be recruiting for a Payroll & Benefits Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the employees across the business receive an accurate monthly payroll and the correct rewards and benefits. Working within a small and busy HR team of 5, the specific areas of responsibility will include:-
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR team in the delivery of an accurate monthly payroll for all parts of the UK business, overall headcount circa 500, across 7 sites, 5 separate payrolls
- Collating monthly payroll changes and liaising with vendors.
- Support with the monthly payroll Finance reporting
- Take an active role in supporting the HR team with the improvement of the current payroll processes and making recommendations
- Provide support with the annual benefit renewals process
- Administer the pension auto enrolment process for new employees
- Support the HR team with the annual salary reviews, bonus review processes and gender pay gap reporting processes
Requirements:
- Strong SAP and Excel skills
- Have high levels of planning, organisation, and prioritisation
- Be highly numerate with a strong attention to detail
- Have experience in understanding of processing payroll and employee benefits including pension auto-enrolment
