Management Accountant – Slough - £40,000 - £45,000 – hybrid-working
Wade Macdonald is currently partnering with a soft services business based in Slough who are actively looking to appoint a Management Accountant. The Management Accountant will be responsible for analysing financial information, preparing financial reports and partner with all the business units. This will be done through analysing information, preparing financial reports, preparing balance sheets, profit & loss statements and assist with the preparation of regulatory and statutory reports, in addition to providing insights and aid decision-making for the stakeholders.
What will be the responsibilities in this role?

Analyse monthly P&L trends to influence and aid strategic decision making

Work with stakeholders to provide management information and ad hoc reports and analysis

Ensuring accuracy in bank transactions and reconciliations

Producing daily cash reports and cashflow projections

Maintaining accruals, prepayments, and records for fixed assets

Intercompany invoicing and postings, and balance sheet reconciliations

Reviewing monthly spend and providing performance analysis and management reports / packs

Assisting with forecasts, budgets, and plans

Supporting with year-end, statutory accounts, and process improvements
What experience do you need?

Good knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Dynamics ERP (ideal)

You should be part-qualified (ACCA/ACA/CIMA), coupled with a solid track record as a Management Accountant or a similar role.

Experience of transformation of processes and recurring revenue service industries (advantageous)
