HR Advisor, Feltham, £35,000-£45,000, Office based.
An introduction to the company and role:
I have an exciting opportunity for an experience HR professional to join a global manufacturing company! This is a newly created role as the company and HR team are growing. The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for all HR advice and ER management. You will be reporting to the Head of HR and supporting the HR strategic plan at a global and UK level.

What will be the responsibilities in this role?
- Advise and support managers on ER issues
- Assist with annual policy and procedure updates
- Support the Head of HR with the development and delivery of HR strategy projects
- Support the full-cycle recruitment process
- Assist with company benefits management
- Cover the payroll cycle when others are on annual leave
- Management of the HR system
What experience do you need?
- Excellent communication skills
- 3 years + in an HR generalist role
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent
- Extensive understanding of employment law
- Experience
- Global employment law (desirable)
- Knowledge of payroll management
- Experience of policy writing/editing
