I’m searching for a Group FP&A Manager for a FTSE listed FMCG/Manufacturing business in the Reading area.
Reporting to the Director of Finance and liaising closely with colleagues in the US and EMEA, you will lead the delivery and continuous improvement of their financial planning cycle, both long and short term, and support decision making by providing analysis on actuals performance and potential future trends and its impact in results.
You will guide the business on the financial aspects of the strategic plan cycle, increasing integration between finance and strategy and ensuring that all key stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Provision of analysis, benefit tracking, delivery progress review, and business case development to support the Group’s Transformation Programme
Deliver insightful analysis on business performance and you will be expected to develop a strong understanding of the internal factors and external variables that impact the Group's performance.
You should be inquisitive and be comfortable querying the status quo, identifying and implementing improvements to the way we work.
Experience within a Group/ large business FP&A team, with experience leading delivery on relevant areas of usual FP&A portfolio
- Able to link financial data to business performance, identifying issues and underlying drivers and communicating those to senior management.
- Comfortable manipulating, analysing, and modelling large volumes of data
- An excellent relationship builder and communicator at all seniorities, collaborative, able to question our ways of working when appropriate

- Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
