Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and relevant parties regarding accounting service delivery
- Maintain accurate and complete client accounting records
- Compile and deliver regular reports within agreed timelines
- Monitor funding and ensure timely payments and compliance
- Complete service charge reconciliations
- Complete month/quarter/year-end processes
- Adhere to procedures, controls, and statutory reporting requirements
- Assist in internal and external audits.
- Contribute to specific project deliverables as assigned by senior management
- Provide monthly reporting to clients, including variance analysis and commentary
- Ensure accurate and timely accrual-based accounting entries.
- Manage and implement important activities, processes, and relationships.
About You:

Experience in property accounting in a client facing role

Understanding of basic bookkeeping, internal and external financial reporting,
